Rates  

  • $1000 per week Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
  • plus a $400 cleaning/damage deposit.
  • $500 is due when making reservations.
  • $500 is due one month before vacation.
  • $400 damage deposit is due in cash at check-in.
  • off season rate of $600 per week.
  • off season $250 per weekend (two nights).

Rules & Info

  • No Smoking or Pets Please.
  • Check In 2pm on Saturdays.
  • Check Out 11am on Saturdays.
  • Sleeps 6 with rollaway 7 max.
  • Please leave it as you found it.
